High School Student drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m. Parents should enter using the driveway closest to U.S. Highway 76 for both drop-off and pick-up. School dismisses at 3:15 p.m. Families are asked to be patient, follow staff directions, pull forward in the line, and avoid leaving gaps between vehicles. Traffic typically clears within 20 minutes, though delays are expected during the first few days of school as families learn routines. Students should only be dropped off or picked up in the designated car rider line. During the school day, students checking in or out must use the main office. Middle School Student drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m., when staff members are visibly on duty. Families should not arrive earlier for safety reasons. Sixth and seventh grade drop-off uses the winding driveway at the sixth/seventh grade entrance. Eighth grade drop-off uses the driveway near the football field. Students arriving after the 7:55 a.m. tardy bell must report to the front office. School dismisses at 3:10 p.m. Families are asked to be patient, follow staff directions, stagger arrival times, pull forward without leaving gaps, use double lines on the sixth/seventh grade side, and avoid blocking intersections or driveways. Traffic usually clears by 3:25 p.m., with longer delays expected during the first week of school. Students will not be marked tardy during the initial traffic adjustment period. Additional reminders include no student drop-off in bus or faculty parking lots, ensuring students are ready to exit vehicles quickly with all belongings, and displaying the assigned car rider number during pick-up. The document features the Mid-Carolina "MC" logo in the upper left and upper right corners and is designed as an easy-to-read FAQ for families regarding daily arrival and dismissal procedures.

🎒 School Supply Lists Are Here! ✏️📚

It's never too early to start preparing for an amazing school year at Mid-Carolina Middle School!

Our 2026-2027 School Supply List is now available. We've worked to keep the list simple while ensuring our students have the tools they need to be successful from the very first day of school.
